Week 3 EOC: My Demographics

"The term Millennials is usually considered to apply to individuals who reached adulthood around the turn of the 21st century. " (whatis.techtarget.com)  From generation to generation there are several generations. The six that I can name from are: The Greatest Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y, Millennials, and TBD. The Greatest Generation is seen as the people that had fought and also died in World Ward 2. “The generation ended when the war ended.” (Thealantic.com). The Baby Boomers were the ones that began when the Greatest Generation came and started getting physical with every human being. “It ended when having sex with everyone was made easier with The Pill.” (thealantic.com). Generation X is the time frame from the year 1965 to 1984. The Generation Y is different; it started when young kids started to realize that they did not fit in with Generation X. “mid-1970s when the oldest were born to the mid-2000s when the youngest were." The Millennials were “THE NEXT GENERATION.” "as those born in 1982 and approximately the 20 years thereafter." TBD is the generation are the kids of today that were born within the last 10 years. TBD generation is not the same as the Millenial generation. “Millennials possess all the traits discussed; these are really, more or less, generalizations.” (Themillenniallgacy) Yes, I would consider myself as a millennial and that is simply because I was born in the year 1995 making me 20 years old. My siblings would also be considered millennials as well.  My parents would be in the Baby Boomer Generation.
